Jay's Cycle Center is proud to host several weekly group rides. Come join in the fun! Helmets are always required, and flashing safety lights are highly recommended. Inclement weather cancels. Please observe all traffic laws and use common sense. Safety is our first priority! With good communication and proper ride etiquette, we can all go fast and have fun without putting ourselves in danger. |

| Tuesday Night Rahway Criterion | 5:30 PM | Starting April 16th, Jay's Tuesday Night Rahway Criterion ride. For the experienced road rider who wants to go fast. | Wednesday evening | 6:30 PM | Starting Wednesday April 17th , Join Jay's Hybrid Ride. This ride is geared for adults who are new to group rides. The pace will be casual (8-14 mph), focused on just doing the miles and enjoying being on our bikes. We'll do between 10-15 miles on local roads with some hills. All riders must wear helmets. | Thursday Night | 6:00 pm | Jay's THURSDAY NIGHT ROAD RIDE: The Thursday ride is a fairly easy paced, (as Bert likes to put it, no faster than the slowest rider), moderate length ride. | Every Saturday Morning, all year round! | 8:00 am | DON'S OLD SCHOOL SATURDAY ROAD RIDE: Join Don and the Jay's Cycle crew for a mellow paced (16-17 mph) spin. Jay’s Cycle Center Annual LBI Century Ride June 3rd
Please join us Sunday June 3rd, leaving the store promptly at 7:30am for our annual century ride from Westfield to LBI. All riders with a road bike and the ability to pedal 100 miles are welcome to join us.
Jay’s Cycle Center will provide:
- Support vehicles for roadside assistance
- Transportation for clothing/extra gear (bring duffle bags, clearly marked with riders name, prior to ride day)
This year’s ride will benefit cancer research through the PMC Jimmy Fund. Minimum donation is $50 (more is always appreciated J) 100% raised is donated. It’s a beautiful ride through Colonial Park, Princeton and the Pine Barrens finishing up in Beach Haven.
Riders families are welcome to arrive early and enjoy a day at the beach. Food, Drinks and Prizes at the conclusion of the ride.
We need volunteers to help get everyone home from LBI. If you can assist please email or call. Extra rides home for people and/or bicycles is greatly appreciated.
All riders must fill out a sign-up sheet at Jay’s Cycle Center. Please call us with any questions.
